It is made out of a firm, but plush foam and covered in a microfiber material. The outer safety strap fits right to your console, while the interior safety strap clips right onto your pet's harness. Along with the interior safety strap, the high-back feature allows your pet to sit comfortably, while also stopping him or her from jumping out.
